QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE BEFORE INQUIRING
-
Yes. About half of my weddings are multi-day events, including welcome parties, afterparties, and more. I prefer it that way, actually. I love to spend as much time with my couples and their families as possible.
-
Cool. I’m Gabe. Let’s get you married.
-
While my clientele is diverse, they tend to be emotionally intelligent, sentimental, earnest, and fun.
-
Yes. I’ve filmed coast to coast in the U.S., and am open to limited international opportunities.
-
In short: no. My rule is simple: does this make me less human, or free me up to be more human. If the latter, sure. I do not use A.I. to sort footage or make narrative or creative decisions. Call me crazy but I enjoy the singing and dancing part of life.
-
Probably. If not today, I will be long before you wedding.
-
I think I strike a good balance of capturing and including both the grand, planned moments and the organic ones. The way your grandma holds your face in her hands is equally important to me as your first look. I lean into classic techniques because they have and always will look and sound good, while also tastefully incorporating modern techniques and trends when appropriate. In the end, it all comes down to taste, and making something true to you, that I think you’ll love more in 25yrs than you do today.
-
Usually! I do love to weave a great story together. The words spoken on your wedding day will only grow in their value and meaning with time. That said, if you’re looking for something more editorial/stylized, just say the word.
-
My priority is that my clients have a great time at their wedding, and they tend to prioritize that as well. I also make sure that my team and I are capturing your day in a way that is respectful and discreet, but we’re not flies on the wall. In addition to capturing the joy, we’ll bring some of our own.
-
Even if I weren’t, I’d say I am here! Jokes aside, yes. I’m confident you won’t find a soul who disagrees. I want you to have great photos too, and a day that goes according to plan.
-
I highly recommend you get at least a day-of coordinator. You want to be present with your friends and family on your wedding day. If you can’t afford a planner and me, I still think you should hire a planner.
